Shipping

Yes!  you can pick up in store.  just select that free option in the shipping window.

Any orders over $100 get free shipping, unless it is an oversize item.  Then shipping will be quoted by piece by weight.  If you need something 2 day or overnight, please select store-pickup and specify what you need.  (Or during store hours call 314.725.7205)  We will get the rate and call you for approval.  A separate charge will be made for shipping in this case.  Most times we ship UPS, if you prefer USPS, or fedex, please call the shop to arrange.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! 
If not, we accept returns for exchange or store credit and/or website credit within 14 calendar days of sale of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition", meaning without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, with tags still attached.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items may be mailed or brought to the store for exchange or store credit.

Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be eligible for exchange or store credit, and will be refused delivery.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at (314) 725-7205 between the hours of 10am-6pm (cst) Mon-Fri. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for exchange or refund upon approval.
